Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from the UK. Shipping rates are flat — we ship anywhere in the world for $15 and we cover the rest. On orders above $100 your shipping is fully on us.
How long does shipping take?
International shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on your region and customs clearance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the UAE on orders over $100, and competitive international rates for global customers.
Product & Fit
Are your straps compatible with my watch?
Our straps are designed to fit a wide range of luxury watches, including Rolex, Omega, Tudor, and more. Please refer to the product page for specific compatibility details or contact us with your watch model.
How do I choose the right size?
Each strap’s product page includes a size guide. If you're unsure, reach out to us with your watch model and wrist size—we’re happy to help.
Do your rubber straps come with curved ends or straight ends?
We offer both. Our signature curved-end rubber straps provide a seamless fit for many popular watch models. Product listings specify the end style.
Do you sell straps with deployment clasps?
Yes, several of our leather and rubber straps are available with deployment clasps for added comfort and security.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Can I exchange my strap for a different size or color?
Absolutely. Contact our support team within 30 days and we’ll guide you through the exchange process, subject to product availability.
Care & Warranty
How do I care for my strap?
Leather straps should be kept dry and away from direct sunlight. Rubber straps can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to heat.
Do your straps come with a warranty?
Yes. All Vanguard Straps are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The strap I want is sold out. What can I do?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. Click “Notify Me When Available” and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s back in stock.
Do you offer custom straps?
Currently, we do not offer custom strap designs. However, we’re always expanding our collection—follow us on Instagram @vanguardstraps for updates.
